Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
All payments must be made in full at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and verified.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within India. Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
Items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and customized jewelry are non-returnable.
