At Sarvanya, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 5-7 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, Northeast and remote areas: 7–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including pincode serviceability, national holidays, and courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

A Cash on Delivery (COD) charge of ₹150 will be applicable on all COD orders, regardless of order value.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times at the shipping address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Delays and Exceptions
Sarvanya is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at the time of order.
