Refund policy

At Sarvanya, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a genuine issue, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return
We accept return or exchange requests if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of design, or minor colour variations. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Customised or personalised items are also non-returnable.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at care.sarvanya@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery or you can connect with us through whatsapp . Include your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval and next steps.

Reverse Pickup
Once your return request is approved, Sarvanya will arrange a reverse pickup through our trusted courier partner. You do not need to ship the product yourself — our courier partner will collect the package from your delivery address at a scheduled time.

In rare cases where a pickup is not serviceable by our courier partner, you will be requested to ship the item to us using a reliable courier, and we will reimburse standard shipping charges upon receiving the parcel.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund for an eligible return, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: Customised or personalised items, Gift cards or sale items, unless damaged or defective.
